I’m feeling very blessed this year with all the friends and family we have in our lives. Doing photography allows us to meet many wonderful people and I feel like each one adds a little blessing to our lives. We’re truly honored to photograph weddings, events, and families to preserve those memories.
When we heard we had the chance for a white Christmas we got really excited! We let the kids know that there may be snow on the ground on Christmas day and that made it even better! They may get Santa, toys, and snow…..that’s the best day ever! Well it happened!! We got to sleep late this year (7am is late for us, we use to be outside playing before the sun came up when I was a kid….lol). We opened gifts and went into the yard to play. Winter Wonderland (Part 2)
So on Christmas we had a wonderful time playing in the snow. If it snows once a year in Dallas, we consider it a blessing! Not only has it snown again (is that a word), it snowed 10 inches in one day! That’s a record for the Dallas area. By this time of year, it’s usually in the 60s or 70s (which I would love) but it’s freezing outside!
The kids love it so we went out with our little ones and our wonderful neighbors that we adore so much. (Come home Dan….come home!!) We played in the snow for a few hours and just had a good time. After it was all over, we came inside to enjoy a nice cup of William Sonoma hot chocolate. I love it!
