Over the holidays, we took some time off to spend with family and friends and just get refreshed for this New Year. We took some time to reflect and decide what we really enjoyed about our photography and what we really wanted to improve. The one thing that we consistently repeated was that we wanted to see more emotion and feelings in our photography. We want viewers to feel what our brides & grooms felt at that exact moment. By becoming less technical, and more focused on moments, we hope to give that to our clients.
That being said, who better to practice on than family!!! Tyrone is Larissa’s twin brother and he was in town with his wonderful wife Stephanie. You have to understand, they’ve been in England for 2-3 years and then they moved back to the states and ended up in San Francisco! This was a rare occasion to have them back home in Texas for TWO WEEKS!! They had a wonderful wedding in Greece that we were unable to make it to because at the time we had 3 small kids (2, 4 & 6). This is like a faux engagement session for us!…lol
We enjoyed taking out Tyrone & Stephanie on this cold, windy day. Miss you guys! See you soon!!

We plan to upload videos to our blog this year for you guys to get to know us a little better so this is the perfect first post!!
We absolutely love spending time as a family and nothing is better than getting some unexpected time together on a snow day. It was cold yesterday (and today), like super cold!!! The wind chill was -6 degrees but the kids insisted on going outside to play. It didn’t last long, but we had a really good time playing on the hill outside the house.
Afterwards, we came inside and Larissa made everyone a wonderful breakfast. Take a few minutes and watch our morning!
